First measured turn on constrained hardware against the reference. Three times slower, and still two orders below a hosted model.

The result

One turn, and it counted

A single question answered end to end on a board with external PSRAM, an SD card and no operating system, producing a complete derivation record. Eleven point four milliseconds, against three point six on the reference machine.

Three times slower than Folio and still roughly two orders of magnitude below a hosted model on the same reply length. The gap to Folio is card read latency and it is the number to attack next.

What this is not

One turn is not a demo

This is one question, chosen because it exercised the path, on a board on a desk. It is not a working demo, which remains four to six months out, and it should not be quoted as one.

Sample size

A single measured turn. The figure has no distribution behind it yet, which is why it appears here with the count attached rather than in the claims table.
