What we ask, and why
Name, email and date of birth identify you; where you are based tells us your working hours; the link and the note are the part we actually read first. Point us at one careful artefact rather than a long list.
What we store: exactly these fields, your CV file, and a hashed network identifier used for rate limiting. It is read for hiring and used for nothing else. Delete requests to work@aleten.com are honoured.
Received.
Your application is in our database and a person will read it. Replies go to the email address you gave; there is no automated acknowledgement beyond this page.
